Naleśniki z Bryki 
is another foodtruck that will grace our event from a gastronomic aspect. It sells so-called crepes which are French-style pancakes. They are slightly different from traditional Polish pancakes. They are thinner and more crispy. The recipe for the perfect dough was created over a long period of time by trial and error. Naleśniki z Bryki has ten proposals on their menu, of which eight are dry options and two are sweet.
